1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 58jil platform — including its website, mobile interface, and any associated applications — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the 58jil Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the 58jil platform, whether registered or unregistered. If you are accessing 58jil on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms.

58jil reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and participate in real-money gaming on 58jil, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations enforced by PAGCOR.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 58jil or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the 58jil platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or by administrative action.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion list or equivalent program applicable in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the 58jil platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 58jil account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 58jil will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

You must notify 58jil immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 58jil recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available in your account security settings.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

58jil is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

58jil accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your 58jil wallet instantly upon confirmation of the transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take additional processing time depending on the originating bank.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. 58jil targets withdrawal processing within thirty (30) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, though processing times may vary during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

58jil reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 58jil platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 58jil does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 58jil platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness. Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG and, where applicable, by the skill and decisions of the players involved.

Players are expected to conduct themselves with integrity at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or deceptive conduct
• Chip dumping or deliberate loss of funds to another account

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game outcomes, 58jil reserves the right to void affected rounds and return wagers to the players involved. 58jil's decision in such matters is final.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

58jil may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• 58jil reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and suspension of the account.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Any unused bonus balance remaining after the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.

7. Responsible Gaming

58jil is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. Gaming on the 58jil platform is intended to be a form of entertainment for adults. It should never be used as a means to generate income or to recover financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 58jil players directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately upon activation.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

8. Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the gameplay prohibitions outlined in Section 5, the following conduct is prohibited on the 58jil platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing of illegal activities
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software or infrastructure
• Transmitting any malicious code, virus, or disruptive software to the platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 58jil staff through any communication channel
• Registering an account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law

58jil reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these prohibitions and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 58jil platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of 58jil or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 58jil platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 58jil.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 58jil, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

58jil does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from security vulnerabilities. While 58jil takes reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and security, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond 58jil's control.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability clauses are restricted by law, 58jil's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Account Termination and Suspension

58jil reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2

Upon termination for cause, 58jil reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 58jil support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player.

12. Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the 58jil platform, you should first contact the 58jil support team, providing full details of the issue. 58jil will acknowledge your complaint within twenty-four (24) hours and aim to resolve it within five (5) business days.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the matter may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

All disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game session. 58jil will not consider disputes raised after this period. Game logs and transaction records maintained by 58jil shall be the primary evidence in any dispute resolution process, and 58jil's determination based on such records shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review.

13. Amendments to These Terms

58jil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 58jil will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 58jil platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through the process described in Section 12 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

58jil operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players acknowledge that PAGCOR regulations form part of the regulatory context within which these terms operate.
